in 1960, optometrist C.H. Filmer Sceats started making bespoke frames in his Sydney practice. He handcrafted colourful frames which gave his practice an artisan feel, as if they were made for specific patients. Following in his fathers footsteps, Jono developed a love for the craft of optical frames with a passion for design and pop art. After inheriting some frames from his father, he began to create his own collection and shaking up the industry by designing frames that no one expected.
